How Relevant is your goal? What aspect of Igbo language is most relevant to you? Reading? Writing? Grammar and Sentence structure? Literature? Your dialect?
Finally, is your goal Time based? What period of time have you allocated for the achievement of your goals? What have you done to ensure that it will happen in that period of time? Without a time frame, how do you want to achieve it?
